Small Group Personal Training — every session is led by an expert coach who shows you how to use the equipment safely and train with proper form and technique. You’ll work out alongside like-minded people for extra support, motivation, and accountability.

Every member has an assigned coach who checks in regularly to make sure you’re progressing and getting results. They provide not only accountability, but ongoing support throughout your entire journey.

I’ve been a member for seven months and it’s honestly the best classes in the most encouraging supportive environment. After a couple of months, I reached out to the trainers for some advice about my training and nutrition and it’s finally helped me see where I’ve been going wrong. All the trainers are so friendly and you’ll make friends in the classes immediately. Perfect for all ages and abilities. I just wish I’d joined five years ago!!
